My name is Anne Sibly and I have been sculpting 12th scale character dolls (medieval to modern) since 2005 (actually I made my first one in 2002 and sold him to The Dolls House shop in Northleach, but got distracted by making and selling fun polymer clay jewellery and miniatures). I sculpt a face and what emerges determines what the doll will be. My ambition is to be skilled enough to decide in advance what sort of face/expression I want and actually achieve it!
