Founder Members:
The Guild was formed by Nicky Cooper and Julie Campbell on the 19th of May, 2007. They are responsible for the day to day running of the guild, for the administration, publications and advertising. Please contact them if you have any questions. The Guild is a non profit making organisation. All funds raised are ploughed back into the guild for use in exhibitions, promotion and running costs.

Platinum Fellow:
The highest Level of the Guild is that of Platinum Fellow. This level is by invitation only.
It is awarded to Doll Makers who have achieved a level of excellence within the industry, those who have made a substantial contribution to promoting and teaching the craft of Doll Making. These fellow awards are limited.

Golden Hand:
To be able to apply for Golden Hand Appraisals you must have attained the level of recognised artist for at least a 12 month period. You would have been producing dolls for no less than 3 years.

This level is yet to undergo the first submissions Members will qualify after a 12 month period has been served at Recognised Artist Level

Recognised Artists:/
Once a year doll makers can  submit 3 dolls to a panel in order for their work to be judged. If the panel deem the work of a suitable standard their membership will be raised to the level of Recognized Artist. The Following Artist passed their appraisals :

Look for the till symbol, this means this member has items for sale in the BMDG Online Shop!	Signifies that the Artist has won a BMDG award	Indicates a member is exhibiting at a Fair!
	Has been chosen as a Featured Artist	Signifies the artist is a Guild Officer
